Refund policy

Because our gourmet pastries and custom cakes are perishable and bespoke, our kitchen operates under a strict preparation schedule. Please review our terms for amendments and cancellations below:

🕒 Communication Timings

To process an amendment or cancellation, please contact our guest relations team during our official operating hours. Requests received outside these hours will be processed the following day.

  • Days: Monday to Sunday

  • Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🍰 Cancellation & Refund Terms

  • Cancellations Made 48+ Hours in Advance: Eligible for a refund, subject to a 10% administrative cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours: Because our kitchen begins prepping bespoke orders 48 hours in advance, we cannot accept modifications or cancellations within this window.

  • Same-Day Cancellations: We are unable to offer cancellations, modifications, or refunds for requests made on the day of delivery or pickup, as your order will have already been freshly prepared.

⚖️ Rights of the Patisserie

In exceptionally rare or unforeseen circumstances, L’Éclat Patisserie reserves the right to cancel an order. Should this occur, you will be notified well in advance, and a full 100% refund will be issued immediately.
