Welcome to L’Éclat Patisserie. This website (located at leclatpatisserie.com) is operated by L’Éclat Patisserie. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to L’Éclat Patisserie. By accessing our site and/or purchasing an artisanal creation from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

 

2. Product Authenticity & Perishability

Because our creations are artisanal and fresh, they require specific handling:

  • Handcrafted Variations: Every pastry, cake, and confection we create is handcrafted. As a result, minor design, color, and structural variations from our digital gallery images may naturally occur.

  • Perishable Nature: Our products are fresh and contain no artificial preservatives. It is the customer's responsibility to follow storage instructions (e.g., immediate refrigeration) provided upon delivery or pickup. We are not liable for product degradation due to improper storage after custody transfer.

3. Accuracy of Pricing & Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify the prices of our custom creations, seasonal menus, and delivery fees at any time without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a specific flavor profile, product line, or collection without liability to any guest or third party.

4. Order Acceptance & Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized resellers or distributors.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made at our patisserie. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as website design, custom graphics, logos, brand photography, typography, and written copy, is the exclusive property of L’Éclat Patisserie and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or digital mimicking of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Delhi/NCR, India.
